The Seattle Drupal User Group is pleased to announce that the 2011 Seattle Drupal Clinic will be on Saturday, Sept 24, 2011, at Tableau Software (Fremont). This all-day workshop is a hands-on introduction to building a web site using the free, open-source content management system Drupal. It is meant for people who are very new to Drupal. We will cover questions like "What can Drupal do?", "Why choose Drupal?", and general concepts of on-line content management with a database behind your web site. Then we'll work through the basics of setting up a Drupal site. The cost is $20 (plus ticketing fees), and includes lunch.

If you are a beginner attending the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit in Portland, Oregon on October 14-16, the Clinic will be good preparation.
