Ability to signify that the store is open using login presence management.

- user ability to specify the IM/presence networks they're on in their user profile (networks and IDs on those networks).
- add presence indicators beside any instance of a user's name.
- allow click to chat (either embedded as a web app, or as a popout to client using an application handler)
